ETL Lead

About the role

The ETL Lead will design, build and optimise our enterprise data warehouse (EDW) architecture. You will create robust data pipelines, ensure data quality, and translate technical solutions into business value for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain real‑time data services, interfaces and pipelines using modern ETL tools and technologies.
• Lead engineering projects, collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop, test and document data workflows, schemas and transformations to guarantee data integrity from source to target systems.
• Acquire and warehouse new data sources, both internal and external, to enrich the data ecosystem.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and deliver measurable business impact.
• Work closely with data architecture to define integration strategies, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑8 years of experience in banking technology and data engineering.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing senior‑level relationships.
