Events & Communication Manager – Lead Saudi Arabia GTM

About the role

Lean Technologies is looking for an Events & Communication Manager to own and scale its on‑ground events engine and Arabic‑first go‑to‑market strategy in Saudi Arabia. You will design, execute and optimise flagship events while creating localized content that drives pipeline growth and strengthens the brand’s authority in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver 12‑16 high‑impact events per year, including executive roundtables, conferences and partner activations.
• Develop an annual events calendar aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Growth and Product Marketing on audience targeting, pre‑event nurture, on‑site lead capture and post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage vendors and agencies, negotiate contracts and ensure events stay on time and within budget.
• Produce Arabic‑first marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, social posts and one‑pagers.
• Localise global content and create new Arabic narratives for KSA‑specific use cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months of experience in events management, communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver measurable event outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and Arabic‑first content strategy.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
