Events Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Motivate Media Group is looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high‑impact events in Riyadh. You will be responsible for delivering corporate conferences, awards galas, brand activations and VIP experiences that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of events across various formats.
• Manage venue sourcing, production, staffing, permits and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with editorial, sales, marketing and design teams to ensure events support brand goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, suppliers and government entities.
• Oversee guest list management, RSVPs, seating plans and on‑site operations.
• Control budgets, timelines and quality standards for each event.
• Prepare post‑event reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of event management experience, preferably in media, lifestyle or corporate sectors within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of local culture, regulations and vendor landscape.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as event schedules demand.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate and hold a valid driving licence.
