Events Sponsorship Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Motivate Media Group is seeking an Events Sponsorship Manager to drive sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships for its premium events portfolio in Riyadh. The role is focused on generating revenue and delivering brand impact through tailored sponsorship packages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure sponsors for flagship awards, conferences and lifestyle activations.
• Develop and present customized sponsorship proposals to brands and agencies.
• Manage the full sponsor lifecycle from outreach and negotiation to contract signing and on‑site activation.
• Collaborate with Events, Editorial, Marketing and Design teams to ensure delivery of sponsor benefits.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, revenue targets and sponsor feedback.
• Monitor market trends in Saudi Arabia to uncover new business opportunities.
• Represent Motivate Media Group at networking events, client meetings and industry forums.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing and deliverables to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
• Track sales forecasts and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sponsorship or commercial sales experience in events, media or brand activations, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Strong network of brand and agency contacts in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Experience handling high‑profile clients and delivering measurable results.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events.
