Execution Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Execution Manager will lead the delivery of large‑scale real estate development projects from mobilisation through handover. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of real‑estate projects from mobilisation to final handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality and overall construction performance.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical, commercial and operational issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee contract administration, change management and contractor performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining programme milestones.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management qualification preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction execution, project delivery or real‑estate project management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale mixed‑use or commercial developments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, negotiation and communication abilities.
