Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms will lead the entire Rooms division of a luxury hotel in Qiddiya, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. Reporting to the Hotel Manager and General Manager, this role shapes the service culture, drives innovation, and develops talent across all rooms‑related functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Rooms division strategy aligned with brand values and business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and introduce new revenue initiatives while controlling operating expenses.
• Lead, mentor and develop Rooms managers and frontline staff, fostering a high‑engagement culture.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and FLS requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of asset condition, guest safety, and overall service quality.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Conduct regular operational reviews, briefings, and performance evaluations.
