Executive CEO Manager

About the role

The Executive CEO Manager will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless coordination between the CEO and all internal and external stakeholders. This full‑time, onsite position in Riyadh requires a proactive, highly organized professional to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Track, follow up, and manage tasks, priorities, and action items delegated by the CEO.
• Organise executive meetings, agendas, schedules, and post‑meeting follow‑ups.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries as needed.
• Ensure timely execution of decisions and directives issued by the CEO.
• Coordinate with various departments to implement management directives.
• Handle confidential information and executive‑level correspondence with professionalism.
• Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular status updates to the CEO.
• Assist the CEO with administrative, operational, and strategic matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in executive support, management, or operations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
