Executive, Government Relations

About the role

The Executive, Government Relations acts as the primary liaison between Pacc Offshore Services and Saudi government entities at local and state levels. The role focuses on building and maintaining collaborative relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and influencing public policy to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange Aramco IDs, Cost Guard and Zawil passes for shore staff, offshore crew and third‑party contractors on a daily basis.
• Represent the company in coordinating and resolving operational and administrative issues at Aramco offices and ports.
• Assist with vehicle accident cases, complete government procedures for insurance claims, and arrange vehicle stickers for company and contractor vehicles.
• Provide hospital assistance and follow‑up for on‑shore and off‑shore crew.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, agencies and relevant bodies.
• Manage all visa processes, including Iqama renewal, cancellation, exit and e‑entry permits.
• Oversee timely renewal of company licences, permits and registrations (e.g., MISA, municipality licences, civil defence).
• Ensure adherence to government laws and regulations by coordinating with internal departments and handling correspondence.
• Visit and represent the company at government agencies when required and support operations, technical and crewing teams.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a Diploma or Degree.
• Experience in public affairs, legislative matters and regulatory environments.
• Proven relationship‑management skills with government agencies.
• Strong knowledge of government systems and procedures.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
