Executive Housekeeper – Pre‑opening

About the role

Join Hilton’s new airport hotel in Dammam as the Executive Housekeeper and lead the launch of a world‑class housekeeping operation. You will set the standards for cleanliness, guest comfort, and team performance from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital‑improvement projects.
• Drive team engagement, retention, and development through performance management and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and chemical‑use regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing housekeeping team.

Required skills

• Experience managing housekeeping operations, budgets, and inventory.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety standards related to cleaning chemicals.
