Executive - Leasing

About the role

The Executive – Leasing supports the real estate team in sourcing, evaluating, and securing retail spaces across designated markets. The role involves negotiating lease terms, maintaining documentation, and assisting with expansion and renewal strategies to drive the company's retail growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating lease terms for new stores, renewals, and relocations, preparing LOIs, proposals, and lease summaries.
• Conduct site visits and gather data on foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and competitive environment; prepare evaluation reports.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing deals, track rent, lease terms, critical dates, and coordinate with legal and lease administration teams.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, mall management, and internal teams (legal, finance, operations, store planning) to align leasing actions with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, real estate coordination, or property management.
• Exposure to retail leasing processes in GCC markets is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
