Executive - Logistics

About the role

The Executive – Logistics provides support to stores and the brand team, ensuring smooth coordination with various departments across the group. The role handles freight verification, shipment booking, and administrative tasks to keep logistics operations efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Verify freight invoices against quotes and duties, ensuring accuracy.
• Update master files for freight and duty payments with required details.
• Consolidate invoices, HS Code summaries, and DA & CO applications with correct information.
• Book shipments with vendors at the best available rates.
• Maintain overseas shipment files, coordinate clearance, and plan delivery schedules.
• Collect delivery orders from shipping lines and freight forwarders promptly.
• Obtain certificates from the Chamber of Commerce as needed.
• Support store openings and closings with stationery and IT requirements.
• Coordinate with Club Apparel team for customer data and with Marketing for graphic designs.
• Prepare stock variance reports upon request.
• Follow up on Trade License matters with the legal department.
• Gather daily purchase reports from stores.
• Compile master data from the data entry team and generate various reports.
• Liaise with Accounts and Finance for voucher payments to principals.
• Transfer GCC‑related stock documents to the logistics department.
• Work with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues.
• Produce MIS reports as required by the team.
• Prepare and submit regular store visit reports to superiors.
