Executive Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)

About the role

Gleeds is seeking an Executive Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join its Riyadh office and support a high‑profile giga‑scale programme. The role offers the chance to lead post‑contract commercial management for iconic building projects in a professional, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver post‑contract commercial management services across large‑scale projects.
• Manage project delivery to ensure high‑quality outputs in line with Gleeds procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, presenting cost‑management deliverables.
• Value completed works, arrange payments and administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent.
• Provide senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues.
• Produce and present detailed reports to clients and senior directors.

Required profile

• MRICS or FRICS chartered qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of post‑graduate quantity surveying experience.
• At least 3 years working in Saudi Arabia and within a consultancy.
• Proven senior commercial management of giga‑scale building projects, especially hospitality or education.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is desirable.
• Transferable Iqama.
