Executive Rewards Assistant Manager

About the role

The Executive Rewards Assistant Manager will design, maintain and enhance the compensation and benefits framework for senior executives at stc, ensuring the total reward package remains competitive across the telecom sector in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive compensation & benefits structures, including rating scales, salary bands and benefits strategies aligned with the grading system.
• Design and implement financial and non‑financial recognition programs for executives.
• Create and manage executive total‑reward packages linked to grading structures.
• Lead retention initiatives and executive bounce strategies.
• Participate in job‑evaluation committee sessions for executive positions.
• Conduct periodic salary surveys and analyse executive total‑reward data in the Kingdom and GCC.
• Ensure consistency of total‑reward offerings across all stc executives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in rewards or compensation, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
