Executive (Saudi National Talent) – Human Resources

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking an Executive (Saudi National Talent) to support its Human Resources function. The role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, managing administrative processes, and driving engagement initiatives across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist colleagues with queries, requests, and employment discussions to improve job satisfaction and performance.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for department staff, ensuring office coverage during business hours.
• Prepare letters, contracts, certificates and coordinate documents requiring internal signatures.
• Maintain audit‑ready employee files, manage supply stock levels, handle purchase orders, and support compliance and audit matters.
• Organise colleague engagement events, recognition schemes and CSR initiatives such as the “Spirit of Jumeirah awards” and Colleague of the Month/Year programs.
• Communicate regularly with department heads, update colleague information sites and coordinate monthly departmental meetings.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or higher education; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Prior work experience in the Middle East.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
