About the role
The Executive Secretary will provide high‑level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives in Riyadh. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage a fast‑paced office environment while ensuring seamless communication between Arabic‑speaking stakeholders and English‑speaking leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and translate documents, correspondence, and reports from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, briefing notes, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among internal departments and external partners.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in executive secretarial or administrative support roles.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in Arabic‑English translation.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
