Exhibition Director – Cityscape West

About the role

As the Exhibition Director for Cityscape West at Tahaluf Al Emarat, you will be responsible for shaping the growth strategy and delivering world‑class exhibitions. You will work closely with senior government officials, Informa partners and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of large‑scale events in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Cityscape West exhibition portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver high‑level presentations and reports to government leaders and corporate partners.
• Oversee all aspects of exhibition delivery, from budgeting and forecasting to on‑site execution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align event objectives with Tahaluf’s targets.
• Monitor market intelligence and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking capabilities.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills, with experience presenting to senior officials.
• Experience managing large‑scale B2B or B2C exhibitions.
