About the role
The Exhibitions & Conferences Officer will support the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences and various events in Riyadh. The role involves close coordination with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and identify execution needs.
- Monitor preparation of event sites, booths and exhibitions, ensuring readiness.
- Communicate with suppliers, track pricing proposals and deliveries.
- Supervise equipment setups, logistical services and on‑site operations during events.
- Prepare post‑event reports on workflow, achievements and observations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of practical experience organizing exhibitions, conferences and events.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing logistical arrangements.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports.
