Experienced Crane Operator – Heavy Lifting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced crane operator to join our heavy‑lifting team. The role involves operating large crawler and ATF mobile cranes on construction and industrial sites while ensuring the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate crawler cranes (250 ton and above) and ATF mobile cranes (100 ton and above) to lift and move heavy materials.
• Carry out daily pre‑operational inspections and complete equipment checklists.
• Interpret load charts and perform load‑sharing calculations to guarantee safe lifts.
• Follow all site safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate lifting plans with supervisors and team members.
• Monitor crane performance and report any maintenance or technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of crane‑operating experience.
• Proven experience with crawler cranes (250 ton +) and ATF mobile cranes (100 ton +).
• Familiarity with Sany crane models (160T mobile, 250T mobile, 500T mobile, 400T crawler, 250T crawler).
• Strong understanding of load charts, load‑sharing and lifting procedures.
• Ability to perform and document inspections and checklists.
• Basic English communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
• Willingness to work in demanding construction or industrial environments.
