Experienced Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Future Talent Arabia, a boutique executive search firm in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its Al Barsha office. You will drive full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑to‑senior positions across Energy, Infrastructure, Technology, Finance and Emerging Industries in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for mid‑senior level roles.
• Interpret client briefs, source candidates proactively, and guide them through the selection journey.
• Secure successful placements and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to business development by building and nurturing client relationships.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks and localisation requirements (Saudisation/Emiratisation).

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience with a proven record in executive or specialist search.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC/Middle East talent market (preferred).
• Excellent proactive sourcing, business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent English, native‑level communication skills.
