Export Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Export Specialist to manage end‑to‑end export operations for our global biscuits and confectionery business in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with Saudi and international regulations, accurate documentation, and timely shipment of land and sea cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices and all required export shipping documents.
• Handle export insurance declarations and verify freight forwarder invoices.
• Manage SFDA notifications, health certificates, and other regulatory paperwork.
• Coordinate land and sea shipments, including GCC cross‑border movements and re‑exports.
• Maintain export trackers using Smartsheet and ensure data accuracy.
• Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs, and government authorities to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in export operations, logistics or international trade.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations, SFDA processes, Chamber of Commerce legalization and customs procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with land and sea exports, especially GCC cross‑border shipments.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple shipments and maintain high attention to detail.
