External Audit Manager – Lead Audit Engagements

About the role

We are looking for an experienced External Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and develop high‑performing audit teams. The role involves overseeing engagements from planning through reporting while ensuring compliance with professional standards and contributing to the growth of our Audit & Assurance practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead external audit engagements from planning to reporting.
• Review audit files and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage client relationships across diverse industries.
• Mentor, coach, and develop audit team members.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, SOCPA requirements and firm policies.
• Control engagement budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance on accounting and auditing matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5–15 years of external audit experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional qualification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA, DipIFR or equivalent).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility for Iqama transfer for non‑Saudi applicants.
