Fabrications Technician

About the role

The Fabrications Technician will carry out fabrication, repair and component maintenance activities for military fast‑jet aircraft in a workshop environment, ensuring compliance with approved work plans and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, repair and component maintenance activities according to approved work plans.
• Ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor workshop equipment readiness, complete required calibrations and report any deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, test results and consumables.
• Promote a strong Safety, Health & Environment culture and enforce FOD prevention.

Required profile

• Recognised technical qualification (NVQ Level 3, ONC, OND, BTEC or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification maintenance experience in an operational aircraft environment, including flight‑line and workshop work.
• Experience with military fast‑jet aircraft or components and knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures.
• Membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) at the appropriate level.
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail and meet strict deadlines.
