Facade Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facade Designer to join a leading construction company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves creating detailed façade drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and supporting projects from design through installation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare 2D shop drawings and detailed façade drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop façade designs with Revit or equivalent BIM software.
• Coordinate design efforts with project engineers and architects.
• Prepare cutting lists, material schedules, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Support the execution of projects from the design phase to on‑site installation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in façade design, aluminium, glazing, or curtain‑wall systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D shop drawings and detailing.
• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM software.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
