Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement of our facilities. Reporting to the VP of Shared Services, you will oversee all facility functions and ensure a safe, reliable, and cost‑effective environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility strategy, operational plans and annual budget.
• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and security.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and manage service level agreements.
• Supervise cleaning, hospitality and workplace‑support services to maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• Manage asset registers, conduct audits, and optimise asset life‑cycle costs.
• Establish safety and security policies, conduct inspections, drills and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance of internal teams and external vendors, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility management with strong leadership capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent knowledge of building systems, health‑safety regulations and asset management.
• Ability to develop long‑term facility plans and drive continuous improvement.
