Facility Management Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Management Engineer to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and reliability of our building systems. The role supports daily FM activities, conducts inspections, resolves technical issues and guarantees compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance needs and prepare technical reports.
• Review and approve technical sub‑mittals, drawings and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot system failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes and company standards.
• Support energy‑efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facility Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and FM best practices.
• Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems and engineering software.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
