About the role

We are seeking a Facility Management Program Manager to lead and implement FM programs in Qassim, aligning operations with business goals and budgets while driving sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement facility management programs aligned with business objectives and budgets.
• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost‑efficiency.
• Prepare and manage the facility management budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
• Lead facility projects, guaranteeing timely and budget‑compliant completion.
• Drive sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Develop and manage the facility management team for high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities, especially for complex projects.
