Factory Data Specialist

About the role

The Factory Data Specialist will support the production department by managing documentation, compiling statistical data, and operating key production systems. This position ensures accurate record‑keeping and smooth information flow between production and supporting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, print, distribute, archive and safeguard all production documents such as orders, work instructions and process specifications.
• Collect, compile and enter daily, weekly and monthly production data (output, man‑hours, efficiency, material consumption) and generate timely reports.
• Operate the company’s SAP system and related production management software, handling work order maintenance, reporting and material queries.
• Organise production meetings, take minutes, distribute summaries and assist with general administrative tasks (office supplies, attendance, overtime records).
• Act as liaison between Production and Planning, Procurement, Quality and Warehouse to coordinate information and material flow.
• Support the Production Supervisor in tracking materials, processing requisition forms and managing small‑scale inventory data.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Clerk, Statistician or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, particularly SAP.
• Ability to work with production management software and handle data entry tasks.
