Faculty Member (PhD) – Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a PhD‑qualified faculty member to join our engineering faculty across Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical disciplines. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction, advancing research, and supporting accreditation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialized lectures and supervise laboratory sessions in English.
• Maintain ABET and NCAAA accreditation standards through curriculum mapping and assessment.
• Lead applied engineering research projects and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Supervise senior design capstone projects and mentor students.
• Develop industry partnerships to obtain research grants and practical opportunities for students.

Required profile

• PhD in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• Degree from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai), Top 300 (THE), or Top 200 (QS).
• Proven experience in technical teaching and a strong academic research record.
• Professional fluency in English.
