Family Medicine Doctor – Home Care (Al Khobar & Jeddah)

About the role

Taib, a leading home‑healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Family Medicine Doctor to deliver medical care in patients’ homes across Al Khobar and Jeddah. The successful candidate will work as part of the Medical Operations – Home Care team, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centred services in accordance with approved care plans and CBAHI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations, examinations and assessments at patients’ residences.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments.
• Provide preventive services such as health screenings, immunisations and lifestyle counselling.
• Order, interpret and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and preventive care.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists and the broader home‑care team to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and patient‑safety initiatives and refer patients to specialists or hospitals when needed.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration.
• Demonstrated experience in home health‑care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional, compassionate and patient‑focused attitude.
