Fashion Consultant – Airport Retail

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group, you will work in an airport retail environment delivering luxury fashion experiences to a diverse clientele. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and supporting in‑store customer experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and support CRM and CX initiatives.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Develop omni‑channel client relationships and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and stay current with app offerings.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs are met.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social‑media campaigns.
• Provide input on store performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
