About the role
As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group’s Dhahran Mall store, you will drive sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will also support in‑store CRM, CX and loyalty initiatives and help shape the store’s performance through data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets and promote the MUSE loyalty program.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Support omni‑channel client relationships, click‑and‑collect SLA compliance and in‑store marketing events.
- Ensure visual‑merchandising (VM) guidelines, SOPs and CX initiatives are consistently applied.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury fashion brand.
- Intermediate to fluent English language proficiency.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Understanding of customer experience (CX) processes.
