About the role
As a Fashion Consultant for The Deal in Riyadh, you will drive sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting key customer initiatives in‑store.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data for business reviews.
- Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach.
- Provide pre‑buying feedback on products and support in‑store marketing events.
- Ensure adherence to visual‑merchandising guidelines and SOPs.
- Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and manage click‑and‑collect within SLA.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous retail experience in fashion, jewellery, accessories or technology.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
