About the role
Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Fashion Sales Associate and be the front‑line champion of customer service. You will help shoppers enjoy an exceptional experience while supporting the store’s sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim standards.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through creative selling techniques.
- Utilise thorough product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell fashion items.
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
- Follow security policies to minimise stock loss.
- Recommend merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when required.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- 1–2 years of retail or sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
