F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

Join a leading luxury hospitality brand as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests in Riyadh. You will be responsible for setting the stage for exceptional service, from table preparation to final bill, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain a tidy work area, restock supplies, and follow health and safety protocols.
• Handle menu inquiries, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the dining area safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
