F&B Supervisor – Gourmet Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Gourmet Service team at Jayasom Wellness Resort, a pioneering wellness destination opening in 2025 at Triple Bay, Amaala. The role will translate the resort’s wellness and sustainability strategy into high‑quality dining, bar and organic retail experiences while supporting the overall guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars and organic retail kiosks, ensuring standards align with Jayasom’s food and beverage purpose.
• Assist the Gourmet Service Manager with staff training, product purchasing, budgeting and inventory control.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders.
• Promote a collaborative, health‑focused work environment and act as an ambassador for the resort’s wellness culture.
• Participate in meetings, committees and business‑target initiatives, providing proactive solutions.
• Ensure clear and timely communication across all reporting lines.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of the gourmet service team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising food and beverage operations within a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
