Female Call Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Saudi female to join our call centre as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves delivering high‑quality service through phone, email and chat, helping customers with inquiries, issues and product information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails and chats promptly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and service delivery.
• Stay updated on products, services and current promotions.
• Handle complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a call centre or customer‑service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard software.
