About the role

The Field Coach Trainer will enhance customer experience and retail operations within a luxury brand environment. You will coach and train store teams to deliver exceptional service, ensuring they have the skills to meet high client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support retail managers through on‑floor coaching, demonstrating best‑in‑class floor management, client experience, and team leadership.
• Drive a strong feedback and coaching culture to develop, motivate, and upskill retail teams.
• Work autonomously across multiple stores with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Accelerate adoption of digital tools and promote an omnichannel mindset for seamless in‑store and online client experiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators, assess impact, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury retail with solid shop‑floor and management experience.
• Proven experience in coaching, training, or learning‑related roles within a retail environment.
• Passion for learning, service excellence, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
