Field Courier – Dhahran

About the role

As a Field Courier for DHL Express in Dhahran, you will be the face of the company, responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of time‑sensitive shipments. You will interact directly with customers, providing a friendly and professional service that reflects DHL’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels to and from customer locations within an assigned route.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer queries and resolve issues on the spot.
• Handle shipments with care, ensure accurate scanning and complete all required paperwork.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes, taking traffic patterns and delivery deadlines into account.
• Operate the company vehicle safely, perform daily inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Use handheld scanners and company technology to update shipment status and manage routes.
• Comply with all DHL policies, safety standards, customs regulations and dangerous‑goods handling procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driver’s licence with a clean record (light‑weight or heavy‑weight).
• Strong knowledge of the Dhahran area and surrounding regions.
• Proficiency in English; basic to intermediate Arabic is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift packages of varying weight and remain active throughout the shift.
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
