Field Operator - Water Treatment Plant

About the role
Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated Field Operator to join its team at a water treatment plant in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The role is on-site and plays a key part in keeping field equipment running safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor field equipment such as pumps, compressors and valves
- Carry out regular maintenance and inspections to keep equipment reliable
- Diagnose and fix operational issues as they arise
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Document and report equipment failures and safety concerns
- Work with colleagues to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as a Field Operator or in a similar role
- Experience in a chemical plant, seawater pump station, wastewater treatment plant or similar
- Ability to work independently and make timely decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts and travel as needed
Required skills
- Strong technical and mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Effective communication and teamwork
