Field Representative Development Program (2027)

About the role

The Field Representative Development Program is a 1‑2 year launchpad into a high‑impact career at Caterpillar, combining hands‑on experience, world‑class training, and extensive travel across the Europe, Africa, Middle‑East and Central Asia region. Graduates will be prepared for field‑based roles supporting Cat® dealers and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cat® dealers to build capability, drive process improvement, and execute marketing and sales operations strategies.
• Lead improvement projects, designing and implementing data‑driven solutions while storytelling with data.
• Travel to Caterpillar offices, dealers and customer sites to gain deep product, service and industry knowledge.
• Complete rotational assignments across business functions to develop technical and commercial expertise.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally 50‑70% and live abroad for up to three months.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with a valid passport and visa eligibility.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis and turning insights into action.
