Field Sales Coordinator – Project Sites

About the role

Perfect Vision is seeking a results‑driven Field Sales Coordinator to operate across active project sites in Saudi Arabia. You will work directly on‑site, building relationships with clients, contractors, procurement teams and project managers to uncover product needs and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit active project sites and contractor camps regularly to identify new clients, projects and subcontractors.
• Gather technical specifications and site requirements, generate qualified leads and forward them to the central sales team.
• Conduct on‑site product introductions, present brochures or demos, and collect customer feedback.
• Support the collection of RFQs, technical requirements and purchase orders from companies operating in the project regions.
• Coordinate site access for technical surveys and installations between Perfect Vision’s technical team and client site management.
• Maintain daily and weekly logs of site visits, contacts, project progress and identified opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends and emerging contractor needs.
• Submit concise weekly field summary reports to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, site coordination or business development.
• Experience with Aramco‑related projects, EPCs, oil & gas or construction projects is a strong plus.
