Field Sales Supervisor

About the role

Join Philip Morris International’s Commercial Operations team in Saudi Arabia as a Consumer Activation Supervisor. Reporting to the Consumer Activation Manager, you will drive the execution of consumer activation plans across your territory, supporting the shift toward smoke‑free products.

Key responsibilities

• Execute consumer activation plans developed with SFP Deployment & Field teams to address business opportunities.
• Collect and analyse territory data to continuously optimise commercial and investment plans.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive competitor touch‑point analyses.
• Implement and refine evaluation tools, providing early feedback to improve relevance.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and support the development of educational tools for commercial activities.
• Lead and coach a team of 3rd‑party Brand Supervisors and Representatives, ensuring they are equipped with key messages and performance standards.

Required profile

• KSA national with at least 3 years of experience in sales, brand or commercial roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead and develop external teams.
