About the role

We are looking for a motivated IBM FileNet P8 Administrator / ECM Support Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting IBM Enterprise Content Management solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

Administer and support IBM FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine and related components.
Install, configure, and maintain IBM Content Navigator and FileNet services.
Support IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) environments and assist with deployment activities.
Deploy and manage enterprise applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment.
Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root‑cause analysis.
Configure and maintain Linux (RHEL) servers hosting FileNet and WebSphere environments.
Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases used by FileNet and BAW applications.
Analyze logs from applications, WebSphere, and FileNet to identify and resolve issues.
Perform regular health checks and optimize system performance.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams during deployments and production support.
Participate in incident, change, and production support management.

Required profile

2–3 years of hands‑on experience with IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Business Automation Workflow.
Strong knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server ND, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Content Platform Engine.
Proficiency in Linux (RHEL) administration.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2022 or later).
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
Good communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
