Fin Forming Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fin Forming Machine Operator with hands‑on experience in aluminum radiator manufacturing, particularly operating fin‑forming machines for radiator core production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fin‑forming machines for aluminum radiator production.
• Set up machines according to required fin dimensions, pitch, height, and specifications.
• Feed aluminum strip/material into the machine and ensure smooth production.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when required.
• Inspect formed fins for dimensions, shape, pitch, damage, and quality.
• Identify and report machine abnormalities, material defects, and production issues.
• Maintain production records and follow schedules.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience operating fin‑forming machines.
• Experience in automotive aluminum radiator manufacturing (mandatory/preferred).
• Candidates from radiator manufacturing companies are preferred.
