Finance Analyst – Accounting & Reporting

About the role

Grey Wolf Oilfield Services is seeking a Finance Analyst to support month‑end reporting, cash management and accounts receivable processes. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process month‑end journal entries and assist with the closing process.
• Reconcile inter‑company and general‑ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Prepare weekly bank reconciliations and upload daily checks.
• Process accounts payable invoices and set up wire transfers.
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and maintain month‑end binders and Excel spreadsheets.
• Clear reconciling items through journal entries.
• Provide supporting documents to auditors and ensure all entries are properly filed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting obtained in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to analyse income statements for month‑end close.
• Prior oil & gas experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi e‑Invoicing (ZATCA) and VAT regulations.

Required skills

• SAP (financial modules).
• Advanced Excel for reporting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of ZATCA e‑Invoicing requirements.
• Understanding of Saudi VAT regulations.
