Finance Analyst (Saudi National)

About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat, the leading B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Finance Analyst to support its rapid expansion. The role focuses on financial data collection, basic reporting and analytical assistance for the Finance Business Analyst team, ensuring accurate cost tracking and timely financial insights for large‑scale events.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cost trackers for assigned events and reconcile them with approved budgets and forecasts.
• Collect and organise data for the Weekly Sales Report to guarantee timely distribution.
• Assist in calculating and verifying sales commission figures under supervision.
• Gather data and perform initial analysis for budget packs and monthly forecasts.
• Support the Management Accounting team with basic accruals preparation and month‑end processes.
• Help maintain financial reporting documentation and prepare balance‑sheet review materials.
• Support credit control by following up on outstanding payments and assisting with accounts‑receivable reporting.
• Liaise with Global Business Services and Finance Shared Services to facilitate O2C, P2P and R2R processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Saudi national, as indicated by the job title.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
