Finance Director / CFO (Real Estate)

About the role

Our client, a leading real estate organization in Jeddah, is looking for a Finance Director / CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and drive the company’s financial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning and performance management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Manage cash flow, capital structure and funding strategies aligned with business growth.
• Drive financial governance, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership on investment decisions, project feasibility and portfolio performance.
• Optimize financial operations and enhance efficiency across all finance functions.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Saudi national preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s or professional certifications a plus).
• 10–15 years of experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector.
• Banking experience highly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proven leadership ability in a fast‑paced environment.
