Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director will lead the finance function for a fast‑growing Saudi‑based industrial organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, supporting business expansion, shareholder expectations, and governance maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s financial strategy aligned with growth priorities.
• Lead long‑range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, variance analysis and financial dashboards.
• Provide cash flow management, working‑capital planning and liquidity forecasting.
• Implement cost‑control initiatives and evaluate capital allocation decisions.
• Oversee preparation of IFRS‑compliant financial statements and management reports.
• Produce high‑quality Board, committee and shareholder financial presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage demanding stakeholders and build financial discipline.
