Finance Director

About the role
The Finance Director acts as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s service objectives and drive profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, create operating budgets and monitor actual versus forecasted performance.
- Analyse sales, expenses, and wage forecasts to identify cost‑saving and productivity opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong accounting and operational controls to safeguard assets and improve profitability.
- Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, including profit improvement, new business opportunities, and risk management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting sound financial decision‑making and integrity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
