Finance Director

About the role

Amrak Facilities Management, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is seeking a Finance Director to lead its finance function. This senior position will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and supporting the company’s strategic growth across the facilities management sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor performance against budget, and provide actionable analysis.
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Identify cash‑flow issues and financial irregularities, recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate with department heads to maintain budget discipline.
• Oversee tax compliance, ensuring timely filing and payment of all company taxes.
• Supervise accounting staff, including account clerks and junior accountants.
• Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
• Establish and maintain compliance with accounting legislation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial management, preferably within the facilities management sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting regulations.
• Professional membership with ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
